Piero Atchugarry Gallery is directed by Piero Atchugarry himself, located in Pueblo Garzón, Uruguay. The gallery was founded in 2013, the following year it moved to its current location, occupying an old barn converted into an exhibition space. In 2017 he opened a second location expanding to the United States in Miami. The gallery has a program of artists in residence, where each visiting artist creates a specific installation for the park that surrounds the gallery, leaving a permanent memory of its passage and generating a communication between the audience, Uruguayan landscape, art and the Gallery.
