Durante la última década hemos creado y nutrido un sistema artístico fuerte, saludable y sostenible.

La Cumbre Cultural y Feria de Arte ESTE ARTE contará con una cuidada selección de galerías, cada una de las cuales expondrá a sus artistas más destacados, elegidos exclusivamente para nuestra audiencia en este enclave único. Si bien nos entusiasma presentar artistas internacionales, estamos igualmente dedicados a promover la escena artística local para posicionar a Uruguay como una verdadera potencia en el panorama artístico global.

Los invitamos a sumarse a esta vibrante celebración donde la creatividad no tiene límites para hacer de la décima edición de ESTE ARTE una obra maestra inolvidable.

En ESTE ARTE creemos que el arte no es solo una muestra de talento, sino una fuente de belleza, emoción e inspiración. It's wonderful to announce that ESTE ARTE is all set to celebrate its tenth edition from January 4 to 7, 2025, at the Pavilion Vik, José Ignacio.

Over the past decade we have created and nurtured an art system that is strong, healthy, and sustainable.

ESTE ARTE Cultural Summit & Art Fair will feature a carefully curated selection of galleries, each showcasing their most noteworthy artists, selected exclusively for our audience in this unique enclave. While we're excited to present international artists, we're equally dedicated to promoting the local art scene, thereby positioning Uruguay as a true powerhouse in the global art landscape.

Join us in this vibrant celebration where creativity knows no bounds, and together, let's make the tenth edition of ESTE ARTE an unforgettable masterpiece!

At ESTE ARTE, we believe that art is not just a display of talent, but a source of beauty, emotion, and inspiration. We understand the importance of creating a space where art lovers can come together to appreciate the value and impact of each piece. Our goal is to provide a venue where artists and galleries can showcase their finest work, while also fostering a community of individuals who share a deep appreciation for the arts.

CURATORIAL VISION

¿Es imprescindible experimentar esta obra o puede simplemente verse en línea?

MUESTRAS INDIVIDUALES
Cada expositor presenta a un artista. Es posible exhibir una sola obra de arte, una instalación o varias piezas, siempre y cuando todas provengan de un único artista.

OBRAS INÉDITAS
Todas las obras serán exhibidas por primera vez. En el caso de artistas que estén produciendo activamente, se requiere que las obras no hayan sido previamente exhibidas en galerías, museos u otros lugares.

OBRAS HISTÓRICAS
En el caso de artistas fallecidos o inactivos, se espera que su obra tenga relevancia histórica, demostrando un impacto en el desarrollo de una región, una cultura o el mundo del arte en general.

REQUISITOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN

FORMATO FÍSICO
Es importante que los proyectos respondan a esa pregunta. Las obras presentadas en formato físico deben estar relacionadas con el contexto físico actual, considerando su materialidad, tangibilidad, físico, perspectiva e instalación.

FORMATO DIGITAL
Cada galería debe tener accesibles todas sus obras disponibles en formato digital. Las galerías tendrán un horario de presentación de la galería en el programa y un espacio específico equipado con tecnología de visualización digital para facilitar reuniones comerciales detalladas.

INMERSIÓN PROFUNDA
Si el artista expositor está presente físicamente, se organizará una visita guiada a su stand durante el horario de apertura. Si el artista no puede estar presente, se planificará una visita guiada virtual a su estudio.

CRITERIOS DE SELECCIÓN

ICÓNICO
Las galerías serán seleccionadas en función de propuestas icónicas, provocadoras, que demuestren calidad artística y coherencia conceptual. Se debe considerar la influencia y el calibre del artista o la obra en términos de comprender el pasado, el presente y el futuro de la creación artística.

EN CONTEXTO
Cada proyecto debe reflejar la visión única del artista y su contribución al mundo del arte contemporáneo. Se dará especial valor a las obras creadas considerando el contexto de la plataforma en Uruguay.

CURATORIAL VISION

Is it essential to experience this work in person, or can it simply be viewed online?

SOLO SHOWS
Each exhibitor presents one artist. It is possible to present a single artwork, an installation, or several pieces, as long as they all come from one single artist.

FIRST VIEWS
All the works will be exhibited for the first time. In the case of artists actively producing, it is required that the works have not been previously exhibited in any galleries, museums or other venues.

LANDMARK
In the case of deceased or inactive artists, it is expected that their work has historical relevance, demonstrating an impact on the development of a region, a culture, or the art world in general.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

PHYSICAL FORMAT
It is important that the projects answer that question. The works presented in physical format must be related to the current physical context, considering their materiality, tangibility, physicality, perspective, and installation.

DIGITAL FORMAT
Each gallery must have all their available works accessible in digital format. Galleries will have a scheduled gallery presentation time in the program and a specific space equipped with digital display technology to facilitate detailed business meetings.

DEEP DIVE I
f the exhibiting artist is physically present, a guided tour of their stand will be organized during opening hours. If the artist cannot be present, a virtual guided tour of their studio will be planned.

SELECTION CRITERIA

ICONIC
Galleries will be selected based on proposals that are iconic, thought-provoking, demonstrate artistic quality, and conceptual coherence. The influence and caliber of the artist or the work must be considered in terms of understanding the past, present, and future of artistic creation.

ROOTED
Each project must reflect the artist's unique vision and their contribution to the world of contemporary art. Special value will be placed on works created considering the context of the platform in Uruguay.

CUMBRE CULTURAL

La Cumbre Cultural ESTE ARTE reúne a algunos de los curadores, artistas y referentes culturales más perspicaces. Todos ellos están a la vanguardia del mundo del arte contemporáneo y ofrecen debates que invitan a la reflexión e inspiran.

ESTE ARTE ha desempeñado un papel importante en la promoción de un ecosistema cultural dinámico y vibrante, al fomentar conversaciones significativas y una profunda apreciación por el arte contemporáneo. Este es un trabajo esencial que ayuda a unirnos y enriquecer nuestras vidas.

FRANCES MORRIS
Curadora, historiadora del arte y escritora, Frances Morris fue Directora de la Tate Modern de 2016 a 2023. Frances ha realizado numerosas exposiciones y publicaciones, incluidas aclamadas retrospectivas de Louise Bourgeois, Yayoi Kusama y Agnes Martin, y más recientemente co-curó *Hilma Af Klint & Piet Mondrian: Forms of Life*. Como Directora de Colecciones de Arte Internacional de 2006 a 2016, Frances lideró la transformación de la Colección Internacional de la Tate, ampliando y diversificando estratégicamente su alcance y representación internacional, además de incorporar la fotografía, la imagen en movimiento y el arte en vivo en la institución por primera vez a través de adquisiciones, exhibiciones y exposiciones. Actualmente, Frances es Profesora Distinguida visitante en la Universidad de Mujeres Ewha, Seúl, Corea del Sur, de 2024 a 2026. Es miembro del Centro de Humanidades de Londres, miembro honorario del King's College de Cambridge y recientemente ha recibido un doctorado honorífico en Letras del Courtauld Institute of Art. Frances es fideicomisaria de la Whitechapel Gallery y forma parte de los consejos asesores de varios museos internacionales, incluidos el Mori Art Museum en Tokio, el MNAC en Bucarest y el Serralves en Oporto.

MARCELA GUERRERO
Nacida y criada en Puerto Rico, Marcela Guerrero tiene un doctorado en historia del arte de la Universidad de Wisconsin, Madison. Es la curadora DeMartini Family en el Whitney Museum of American Art, New York. Recientemente, co-curó junto a Angelica Arbelaez la exposición Ilana Savdie: Radical Contractions. Guerrero también curó no existe un mundo poshuracán: Puerto Rican Art in the Wake of Hurricane Maria y Martine Gutierrez: Supremacy en 2022-23. Formó parte del equipo curatorial que organizó Vida Americana: Mexican Muralists Remake American Art, 1925-1945, y también curó la exposición de 2018 Pacha, Llaqta, Wasichay: Indigenous Space, Modern Architecture, New Art. De 2014 a 2017, fue becaria curatorial para Radical Women: Latin American Art, 1960-1985, organizada en el Museo Hammer de Los Ángeles. Antes de unirse al Hammer, trabajó en el departamento de arte latinoamericano y latino en el Museo de Bellas Artes de Houston. Los escritos de Guerrero han aparecido en varios catálogos de exposiciones y en revistas de arte como caa.reviews, ArtNexus, Caribbean Intransit: The Arts Journal, Gulf Coast: A Journal of Literature and Fine Arts, Interventions: International Journal of Postcolonial Studies, y Diálogo.

MERURO WASHIDA
Director, Towada Art Center / Profesor Asociado, Universidad de las Artes de Tokio. WASHIDA nació en Kioto en 1973. Fue curador en el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo del Siglo XXI de Kanazawa desde 1999 hasta 2018. Obtuvo su maestría en la Universidad de Tokio, donde estudió historia del arte. Se especializa en historia del arte contemporáneo y estudios museológicos, y comisaría exposiciones y proyectos de arte y arquitectura contemporáneos. Sus principales trabajos curatoriales para el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo del Siglo XXI de Kanazawa incluyen “Kazuyo Sejima + Ryue Nishizawa / SANAA” (2005); “Atelier Bow-Wow” (2007); “Kanazawa Platform 2008” (2008); “Jeppe Hein” (2011), “Shimabuku” (2013); “Starting Points: Japanese Art of the ‘80s.” Fue el curador del Pabellón de Japón en la 57ª Bienal de Venecia celebrada en 2017 y de la Trienal de Aichi 2019. Desde 2020, se convirtió en director del Towada Art Center, donde co-curó “Inter + Play” (2020-21).

ESTE ARTE Cultural Summit brings together some of the most insightful art curators, artists, and cultural influencers. They are all at the forefront of the contemporary art world and offer thought-provoking discussions that are sure to inspire.

ESTE ARTE has played a significant role in promoting a dynamic and vibrant cultural ecosystem, encouraging meaningful conversations, and fostering a deeper appreciation for contemporary art. This is essential work that helps to enrich our lives and bring us all together.

FRANCES MORRIS
Curator, art historian and writer, Frances Morris was Director Tate Modern from 2016-2023.  Frances has made many exhibitions and publications, including acclaimed retrospectives of Louise Bourgeois, Yayoi Kusama, and Agnes Martin, most recently co-curating Hilma Af Klint & Piet Mondrian: Forms of Life. As Director of Collections, International Art from 2006 to 2016 Frances led the transformation of Tate’s International Collection, strategically broadening and diversifying its international reach and representation, as well as bringing photography, moving image and live art into the institution for the first time through acquisitions, displays and exhibitions. Frances is currently a Distinguished visiting Professor at Ewha Womens’ University, Seoul, S.Korea, 2024-2026.  She is a Fellow of the London Centre for the Humanities, an Honorary Fellow of King’s College Cambridge and has recently been awarded a D. Lit from the Courtauld Institute of Art. Frances is a Trustee of the Whitechapel Gallery and on advisory boards to a number of international museums including Mori Art Museum Tokyo, MNAC Bucuresti and Serralves, Porto.

MARCELA GUERRERO

MERURO WASHIDA
Director, Towada Art Center / Associate Professor, Tokyo University of the Arts.WASHIDA was born in Kyoto in 1973. He was a curator at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa from 1999 to 2018. He received his master's degree from the University of Tokyo, where he studied art history. He specializes in contemporary art history and museum studies, and curates contemporary art and architecture exhibitions and projects. His major curatorial works for the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa include “Kazuyo Sejima + Ryue Nishizawa / SANAA” (2005); “Atelier Bow-Wow” (2007); “Kanazawa Platform 2008” (2008); “Jeppe Hein” (2011), “Shimabuku” (2013); “Starting Points: Japanese Art of the ‘80s.” He was the curator of the Japan Pavilion at the 57th Venice Biennale held in 2017 and Aichi Triennale 2019. From 2020, he became the director of Towada Art Center, where he co-curated “Inter + Play” (2020-21).

ESTE ARTE PREMIA

En el marco de los 10 años, ESTE ARTE tiene el honor y el orgullo de anunciar la incorporación de dos premios que buscan reconocer, potenciar y fortalecer el trabajo que se viene haciendo desde hace años en Uruguay.

PREMIO ADQUISICIÓN DON BAEZ

ESTE ARTE y Don Baez presentan el primer Premio Adquisición Don Baez para la compra de una obra de arte valorada en hasta USD 10,000 expuesta en ESTE ARTE. Este premio está financiado íntegramente por Claudia y Diana Weiss, reconocidas empresarias, coleccionistas y amantes del arte.

En esta primera edición del premio, el jurado estará integrado por Claudia Weiss, presidenta de Don Baez; Diana Weiss, patrona de dicha organización, abogada y coleccionista de arte; y Laura Bardier, historiadora del arte, curadora independiente y directora de ESTE ARTE. El jurado seleccionará una pieza que pasará a integrar la Colección Don Baez a partir de todas las galerías participantes de la décima edición de ESTE ARTE.

PREMIO A LA FILANTROPÍA LÆTITIA

ESTE ARTE presenta la edición inaugural del Premio Laetitia de ESTE ARTE, que reconoce a personas y organizaciones que se dedican a la creación y difusión del arte en Uruguay. Constituye una distinción al invaluable apoyo brindado a la difusión y preservación del patrimonio cultural en el país. Este es un reconocimiento a la importante labor de mecenazgo y compromiso con el desarrollo de las artes visuales en la escena local.

El premio lleva el nombre en honor a Laetitia d’Aremberg, quien ha sido uno de los principales mecenas de la cultura en Uruguay. En esta décima edición, ESTE ARTE tiene el agrado de galardonar a Ama Amoedo con el primer Premio Laetitia en reconocimiento a su compromiso con el arte.

El jurado del Premio Laetita está compuesto por Laetitia d’Aremberg, Laura Bardier (ESTE ARTE), Martín Castillo (Galería SUR), Silvia Arrozés (Galería del Paseo) y Renos Xippas (Xippas). Este prestigioso premio ha sido realizado en esta ocasión por la reconocida artista Guadalupe Ayala.

ESTE ARTE AWARDS

Within the framework of 10 years, ESTE ARTE has the honor and pride of announcing the incorporation of two awards which seek to recognize, enhance and strengthen the work that has been done for years in Uruguay.

DON BAEZ ACQUISITION AWARD

ESTE ARTE and Don Baez present the inaugural Don Baez Acquisition Award for the purchase of a work of art valued at up to USD 10,000 exhibited at ESTE ARTE. This award is funded entirely by Claudia and Diana Weiss, renowned businesswomen, collectors and art lovers.

In this first edition of the award, the jury will be made up of Claudia Weiss, president of Don Baez; Diana Weiss, patron of said organization, lawyer and art collector; and Laura Bardier, art historian, independent curator and director of ESTE ARTE. The jury will select an artwork, among all the galleries and artists participating in the 10th edition of ESTE ARTE, that will become part of the Don Baez Collection.

LAETITIA PHILANTHROPY AWARD

ESTE ARTE presents the inaugural Laetitia Award of ESTE ARTE, which recognizes individuals and organizations that are dedicated to the creation and dissemination of art in Uruguay. It constitutes a distinction that recognizes the invaluable support provided to the dissemination and preservation of cultural heritage in the country. This is a recognition of the important work of patronage and support for the development of the visual arts on the local scene.

The award is named in honor of Laetitia d’Aremberg, who has been one of the main patrons of culture in Uruguay. In this tenth edition, ESTE ARTE has the honor of awarding Ama Amoedo with the first Laetitia Award in recognition of her commitment to art.

The Laetita Award Jury is made up of Laetitia d’Aremberg, Laura Bardier (ESTE ARTE), Martín Castillo (Galería SUR), Silvia Arrozés (Galería del Paseo) and Renos Xippas (Xippas). This prestigious award has been created on this occasion by the renowned artist Guadalupe Ayala.

SOBRE ESTE ARTE

ESTE ARTE es la feria de arte internacional en Uruguay. Es una plataforma para visibilizar las artes visuales en la región que contribuye y fomenta el diálogo, el pensamiento crítico, la profesionalización y la adopción de buenas prácticas y el coleccionismo en el Cono Sur. ESTE ARTE construye año a año un sistema del arte saludable, resistente y duradero, que hace frente a las crisis a través del trabajo sostenido y en comunidad. ESTE ARTE es el evento cultural de referencia en Punta del Este, donde el sistema del arte se encuentra, intercambia ideas y prospera. ESTE ARTE se realiza todos los años en Punta del Este, Uruguay, principal destino turístico de élite de América del Sur. En el 2020 lanzamos dos proyectos que complementan la feria presencial: ESTE JOURNAL y ESTE PODCAST, de acceso libre, ilimitado y gratuito. ESTE JOURNAL es un proyecto editorial, un espacio digital para dar visibilidad a los artistas y fomentar la reflexión crítica sobre el arte en Uruguay y la región. ESTE PODCAST, por su parte, es un programa de pódcast con una serie de entrevistas mano a mano a galeristas, coleccionistas y referentes del sector artístico y cultural latinoamericano.

SOBRE LAURA BARDIER
Directora y fundadora de la feria de arte ESTE ARTE, además dirige la James Howell Foundation en Nueva York. Previamente, Bardier ocupó puestos clave en el Departamento Cultural del Municipio de Napoli (Italia) y en importantes colecciones privadas de Estados Unidos. Ha curado exposiciones en Uruguay, Italia y Estados Unidos; sus escritos sobre arte contemporáneo han sido publicados en Domus Magazine, Arte al Día, Review e Infonegocios. Bardier fue miembro del Comité Nacional de Artes Visuales de Uruguay y es miembro del Directorio de ArtTable.

PROGRAMA CULTURAL COLABORATIVO
Una vez más, ESTE ARTE ofrece un nutrido Programa Cultural en colaboración con varias instituciones nacionales e internacionales que reflejan y promueven la importancia del trabajo en equipo.

Fundación Ama Amoedo (FAA). Un encuentro presencial en la Residencia Artística de la coleccionista y mecenas del arte argentina Amalia Amoedo, en José Ignacio, en Casa Neptuna, especialmente comisionada para esta función por el reconocido artista argentino Edgardo Giménez.

Centro de Exposiciones Subte. Espacio que se distingue como núcleo de formación, investigación, producción y divulgación del arte contemporáneo. En colaboración con María Eugenia Vidal, directora del Subte.

ABOUT ESTE ARTE

ESTE ARTE is the international art fair in Uruguay. It is a visibility platform for the visual arts in the region, which contributes and fosters dialogue, critical thinking, professionalism, the incorporation of good practices, and collecting in the Southern Cone. ESTE ARTE builds year after year a healthy, resistant and lasting art system, which faces crises through sustained work and in community. ESTE ARTE is the cultural event of reference in Punta del Este, where the art system meets, exchanges ideas and thrives. ESTE ARTE is held each year in Punta del Este, Uruguay; main elite tourist destination in South America. In 2020 we launched two projects that complement the face-to-face fair: ESTE JOURNAL and ESTE PODCAST, of free and unlimited access. ESTE JOURNAL is an editorial project, a digital space to give visibility to artists and encourage critical reflection on art in Uruguay and the region. ESTE PODCAST, for its part, is a podcast program with a series of one-on-one interviews with gallery owners, collectors and leaders in the Latin American artistic and cultural sector.

ABOUT LAURA BARDIER
Founding Director of ESTE ARTE, as wll as Executive Director of the James Howell Foundation in New York. Previously, Bardier held key positions at the Cultural Department of the Municipality of Napoli (Italy) and major private collections in the United States. She has curated exhibitions in Uruguay, Italy, and the USA; her writing on contemporary art has been published in Domus Magazine, Arte al Día, Review, and Infonegocios. Bardier was a member of the National Committee of Visual Arts of Uruguay and is a Board member of ArtTable.

CULTURAL PROGRAM IN COOPERATION
Once again, ESTE ARTE offers a rich Cultural Program in collaboration with various national and international institutions, which reflect and promote the importance of working together.

Fundación Ama Amoedo (FAA). A face-to-face meeting at the Art Residency of Argentine art collector and patron Amalia Amoedo, in José Ignacio, at Casa Neptuna, specially commissioned for this function by renowned Argentine artist Edgardo Giménez.

Centro de Exposiciones Subte. Space that stands out as a center for training, research, production and dissemination of contemporary art. In collaboration with María Eugenia Vidal, director of the Subte.

COMITÉ DE SELECCIÓN

Las propuestas serán evaluadas por un comité de selección compuesto por seis destacados filántropos y coleccionistas de reconocimiento nacional e internacional.

Amalia Amoedo es filántropa, coleccionista de arte y mecenas. Durante más de dos décadas, ha apoyado activamente a artistas, agentes culturales y numerosas instituciones de forma independiente, consolidándose con la creación de la Fundación Ama Amoedo, tras muchos años de acompañamiento a la escena del arte contemporáneo. Actualmente es miembro del Comité de Adquisiciones del Círculo Internacional Latinoamericano del Centro Pompidou (París), el Comité del Fondo de Arte Latinoamericano y Caribeño del MoMA (Nueva York), el Comité Internacional y expresidenta de la Fundación Arteba (Buenos Aires), la Asociación de Amigos del Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires y el Consejo Asesor Internacional de Americas Society (Nueva York).

Aline Herrnstadt es arquitecta, historiadora del arte y curadora. Con una licenciatura en arquitectura del Instituto Tecnológico de Israel Technion (1991) y un Diploma de Especialista en Historia del Arte y Patrimonio de la Universidad Claeh (2021), tiene una sólida base tanto en diseño como en estudios culturales. Aline ha estado involucrada activamente en la educación continua en la Fundación de Arte Contemporáneo (FAC) desde 2016, demostrando su compromiso con la escena del arte contemporáneo. Curó la exposición "Precaria" para la 35ª Temporada en el Espacio de Arte Contemporáneo (EAC) durante la temporada 2019-2020. Aline es una apasionada coleccionista de arte contemporáneo y moderno.

Elianne Litwin es cofundadora y gerente de Magma, un espacio dinámico dedicado a la moda, el diseño y el estilo de vida. Con un profundo compromiso por empujar los límites creativos, Elianne también cofundó Magma Futura, una plataforma que navega en las intersecciones del diseño, el arte y la tecnología, experimentando con las posibilidades de futuras innovaciones. A través de estos proyectos, Elianne ha explorado constantemente nuevos horizontes, fusionando la estética con conceptos innovadores.

Mohamed Julien Ndao comenzó a desarrollar su pasión por las artes hace 15 años a través de su amistad con la galerista Sandra Thireau-Recio en Suiza. Nacido en París, criado en Senegal y trasladado a Europa en sus años universitarios, Mohamed ha tenido una exposición extensa a diferentes culturas y formas de expresión artística. Es el fundador de Okapi Energy Group, una empresa de comercio de commodities con sede en Ginebra cuyas actividades se expanden en África, y también adquirió la empresa noruega Manta Marine Technologies, cubriendo el mercado europeo para la descarbonización de la industria naviera. Mohamed fue nombrado Cónsul Honorario de Francia para la ciudad de Rosario en Argentina, donde vive con su familia. Está involucrado en diversas iniciativas filantrópicas y artísticas con su empresa Okapi.

Alberto Rebaza es un mecenas y coleccionista de arte que ha desempeñado un papel significativo en el desarrollo del arte contemporáneo en Perú y América Latina desde la década de 1990. Ha apoyado activamente a artistas, agentes culturales e instituciones en toda la región. Alberto es Vicepresidente del Museo de Arte de Lima (MALI), miembro de la Junta Latinoamericana del Museo Guggenheim y miembro del Consejo Internacional de Adquisiciones de la Fundación Reina Sofía. En 2015, fundó Residencia del al lado, una residencia para artistas adyacente a su hogar, consolidando aún más su compromiso con el fomento de las artes.

SELECTION COMMITEE

The proposals will be evaluated by a selection committee composed of six distinguished philanthropists and collectors of national and international renown.

Amalia Amoedo is a philanthropist, art collector, and patron. For over two decades, she has actively supported artists, cultural agents, and numerous institutions independently, consolidating with the creation of the Fundación Ama Amoedo numerous years of accompaniment of the contemporary art scene. She is currently a member of the Acquisitions Committee of the International Latin American Circle of the Pompidou Center (Paris), the Committee of the Latin American and Caribbean Art Fund of MoMA (New York), the International Committee and former president of the Fundación Arteba (Buenos Aires), the Association of Friends of Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, and the International Advisory Council of the Americas Society (New York).

Elianne Litwin is the co-founder and manager of Magma, a dynamic space dedicated to fashion, design, and lifestyle. With a deep commitment to pushing creative boundaries, Elianne also co-founded Magma Futura, a platform that navigates the intersections of design, art, and technology, experimenting with the possibilities of future innovations. Through these ventures, Elianne has consistently explored new horizons, merging aesthetics with forward-thinking concepts to shape the future of design and creative expression.

Mohamed Julien Ndao has started to develop his passion for arts 15 years ago through his friendship with the gallerist Sandra Thireau-Recio in Switzerland. Born in Paris, growing up in Senegal and moving to Europe in his young college years Mohamed has gained an extensive exposure to different cultures and ways of expressing art. He is the founder of Okapi Energy Group a commodity merchant company based in Geneva which activities expand in Africa but also acquired a Norwegian company Manta Marine Technologies covering the European market for decarbonization of the shipping industry. Mohamed was appointed as Honorary Consul of France for the city of Rosario in Argentina where he lives with his family. He is involved in various philanthropic and arts initiatives with his company Okapi.

Alberto Rebaza a art patron and collector who has played a significant role in the development of contemporary art in Peru and Latin America since the 1990s. He has actively supported artists, cultural agents, and institutions across the region. Alberto is the Vice President of the Lima Art Museum (MALI), a member of the Latin American Board of the Guggenheim Museum, and a member of the International Acquisitions Council of the Reina Sofía Foundation. In 2015, he founded Residencia del al lado, an artist residency adjacent to his home, further solidifying his commitment to nurturing the arts.
