Valentina Cardellino (Montevideo, 1985). She studied at the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of the University of the Republic, Uruguay (FADU-UdelaR) and she graduated as an architect in 2015. She studied at the National School of Fine Arts of the University of the Republic, Uruguay (IENBA -UdelaR) and in the Uruguayan Photo Club. In 2015, she won the Pedro Figari Weathering Award with the Bilateral Relations work, which she exhibited the following year in Beijing and Shanghai. She did an artistic residency at the School of Fine Arts, Hunan Normal University, China. In 2018, she won the first Paul Cézanne prize and made an artistic residency at La Cité International de las Artes in Paris. In 2019 she won the Grand Prize for Contemporary Art French Alliance / DOS Group. She currently works in architecture and visual arts.
Cha Yun Sook (b. 1971,South Korea) has studied and worked in the style of Korean ink painting for many years and is now taking a new approach to this tradition with her indigofera tinctoria (Jjog in Korean) dying method on cotton, linen or silk. Modern civilization has long forgotten that natural dyes contain known ‘healing’ properties. Cha wants to resurrect this sincere respect for Mother Nature which is influenced by her ancestors who were deeply rooted in eastern philosophies. She perceives her performance as an act of adoration and a way of becoming ‘one with Nature’.
Riccardo Boglione (1970) was born in Genoa, Italy. He received his PhD in Romance Languages from the University of Pennsylvania. He now lives in Montevideo, Uruguay, where he is an art critic and art curator. His main interests are the European and Latin American historical avant-garde and conceptual literature. He is the founder of Crux Desperationis (2011–), the first journal devoted entirely to conceptual writing. He has published, among others, Ritmo D (Gegen, 2009), Extremo Explicit (Yaugurú, 2014) and It is Foul Weather in Us All (Ma Bibliothèque, 2018).

En esta oportunidad abordaremos la temática de la charla de la frágil relación entre el humano y su entorno. Contaremos con la presencia de la artista Valentina Cardellino ganadora del premio Paul Cézanne 2018 con Escena en campo abierto que plantea una forma de apropiación de la ciudad por medio de una reflexión crítica sobre las prácticas humanas, la polución y los problemas ecológicos y Fabián Muñoz desde el paisajismo y la intervención estética sobre la naturaleza para generar experiencias genuinas. Por medio del diálogo se dará lugar a la complejidad y multiplicidad de modos de vinculación entre el humano, el entorno y el lugar del arte y la estética, rastreando los puntos que vitalicen el encuentro e incluyan la participación espontánea del público.

Valentina Cardellino trabaja en arquitectura y en artes visuales. En 2018 gana el primer premio Paul Cézanne y realiza una residencia artística en La Cité Internacional de las Artes en Paris. En 2019 gana el Gran Premio de Arte Contemporáneo Alianza Francesa / DOS Group.

Cha Yun Sook ha estudiado y trabajado en el estilo de la pintura de tinta coreana durante muchos años y ahora está adoptando un nuevo enfoque de esta tradición con su método de indigofera tinctoria (Jjog en coreano) sobre algodón, lino o seda La civilización moderna ha olvidado por mucho tiempo que los tintes naturales contienen propiedades conocidas de "curación". Cha quiere resucitar este sincero respeto por la Madre Naturaleza, influenciado por sus antepasados, profundamente arraigados en las filosofías orientales. Ella percibe su actuación como un acto de adoración y una forma de convertirse en "uno con la naturaleza".
Riccardo Boglione (1970) nació en Génova, Italia. Recibió su doctorado en lenguas romances de la Universidad de Pennsylvania. Ahora vive en Montevideo, Uruguay, donde es crítico y curador de arte. Sus principales intereses son la literatura conceptual y vanguardista histórica europea y latinoamericana. Es el fundador de Crux Desperationis (2011–), la primera revista dedicada por completo a la escritura conceptual. Ha publicado, entre otros, Ritmo D (Gegen, 2009), Extremo Explicit (Yaugurú, 2014) y It is Foul Weather in Us All (Ma Bibliothèque, 2018).
